April Bloom

April and May are my favorite months for many reasons. While migratory birds passing through the southeast region back to their breeding ground, flowers compete their attention with delightful bloom.    The hot and humid weather during the day and cool, sometimes breezy temperature at night make a great environment for many native and exotic plants call home here.

A deciduous tree, popular in the eastern of North America.
Red berries in fall are main food  source for Bluebirds, Robins and waxwings
I normally have two lenses with me. One is for the fast moving feathers and the other is for the quiet, yet brilliantly colored stillness. Hoping that while chasing feathers, I also bring you a story told by these silent guardians :) .. Happy Birding! -- Linda
