Light-vented Bulbul 白頭翁
Light-vented Bulbul (Pycnonotus sinensis), 白頭翁, also called "Chinese Bulbul", a common resident in the southeast of China and Taiwan and is the first bird to wake me up each morning. They are gregarious and often sing loud songs ...sounded like "chocolate -cho" :) They are much like the mockingbirds we have in the north America, comfortably live around human's building, parks and farms. They are playful, enjoy chasing the same kind. They are omnivorous and opportunists, will pick up food left by human or eat fruits from farms. I would update more photos when I get more images.-- Happy Birding! -- Linda
